As your host, I thought you might like to find out a little about who
I am & why I share your love for music.

I was a radio geek from my earliest memories, oftentimes listening to my Radio Shack transistor radio under the covers into the wee hours of the morning (much to my parents' dismay!)
I even won a few radio contests along the way.
However, I pursued everything but broadcasting as I entered my college years, from Social Work, Medical, Accounting, and Art, but I finally hired on at a multi-station radio group just south of Indianapolis in ’95.
I started as an AM board-op, and eventually worked into shifts on the country station there. Throughout the late 90s into early 2000’s, I worked as Morning Show host and Program Director for 50,000 Watt Oldies 104.9, afternoon drive and Program Director for 50,000 Watt Rockin Hits Y106 (Classic Rock station), and host of Classic Country Sunday morning on country station WKKG. Along the way, I have also done morning show/Program Director duties at a Hot Adult Contemporary (AC) station, and afternoon drive for a country station in Louisville. My radio journey was very fulfilling, and I can always say that I lived my dream!
We love this area of Florida! These beautiful Sarasota & Charlotte County areas are like paradise to us. Moving to Florida was like getting a jump on what we'd have eventually done later in life.
